The Nexus Group offers structured placement terms of 3, 6, and 12 months. 6, and 12 month commitments give you an extra 1, and 2 months for free, respectively.

To protect partner locations and advertiser alignment, we do not accept: • Alcohol advertising • Religious messaging • Cannabis-related promotions All advertisers are reviewed for approval prior to placement.

If a partner location permanently closes during your contract term, we will work to relocate your placement to a comparable partner location when available. Relocation is subject to category availability. If relocation is not possible, your subscription will be canceled and you will not be penalized for early cancellation. If this occurs in the middle of a month you already paid for, you will be reimbursed for the remaining portion of the month.

Each location allows only one advertiser per category. Once a category is secured, it remains locked for the duration of that advertiser’s contract. If a competitor secures your category first, you may explore alternative locations or join a waitlist for that business.

Mid-term creative updates may be requested. Additional design and production costs may apply depending on the scope of changes. Category exclusivity remains protected throughout the contract term regardless of creative updates.

We guarantee physical placement visibility and category exclusivity within the selected location. Advertising outcomes depend on campaign message, offer structure, and market response. While visibility is controlled, business performance results cannot be guaranteed.
